Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, new, and spacious, making my stay very comfortable. The service overall was excellent, although I had a challenging encounter with one of the receptionists initially. The location was ideal, acting as a good base for exploring the city and nearby hills. The dining experience was a culinary delight with a fantastic breakfast, although it did get overcrowded at times. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall positive experience.
The hotel is located in a nice area, mainly surrounded by businesses, but it's convenient for visiting museums, parks, and the city center. The personnel is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is exceptional. However, it's a bit far from the airport and lacks a mini-fridge in the rooms.
The hotel was very cool, in a great location right by the station and 10 minutes to the Opera House. My room was very large, comfortable, and exactly what I needed, but it was right next to the road, which had traffic whizzing by all night. The service was friendly and helpful with answers to our questions. The dining experience was one of the best I have ever had in the hotel. The facilities were excellent with comfortable public transport to the city center. The price was reasonable given the overall experience.
